Accreditation for a new provider

Requests for accreditation of a new provider are required to be discussed with PMAQ the year prior to proposed commencement, to discuss the timeline for application submission, including the expected outcome date.

The Accreditation Committee will consider the request for inclusion in the accreditation schedule. A written application is required and normally a site visit will occur, however the timing of this will be negotiated with the provider.
