Accreditation for a new provider 

Requests for accreditation of a new provider are required to be received by PMAQ at least six months prior to the proposed recruitment period. The Accreditation Committee will consider the request for inclusion in the accreditation schedule. A written application is required and normally a site visit will occur, however the timing of this is at the discretion of the assessment team and will be negotiated with the provider.
