Current Accreditation Status

Intern Training Programs and terms must be accredited prior to the commencement of an intern in the relevant term. Prevocational Medical Accreditation Queensland (PMAQ) is accredited by the Australian Medical Council as an intern training accreditation authority and accredits Intern Training Programs in Queensland.

Intern training providers are encouraged to regularly ensure the accuracy of this information, including the number of accredited terms and the term name. PMAQ is to be advised of changes to programs or terms via the Change in Circumstance procedure.
