Accreditation of a new term
Providers are required to submit an application for accreditation of a new term as early in each calendar year as possible. Prior to preparing the application, please contact PMAQ to discuss the timeline for submission and expected outcome date. This request will be presented to the Accreditation Committee for consideration of inclusion into the accreditation schedule. Once approved, the provider is required to submit a written application and accompanying evidence.
Please be aware that timeline from submission to outcome usually takes around four months.
A site visit may occur; however, this is at the discretion of the assessor team in conjunction with PMAQ.
