Accreditation of a new term
Facilities are required to submit an application for accreditation of a new term as early in each calendar year as possible. This request will be presented to the accreditation committee for consideration of inclusion into the accreditation schedule. Once approved the facility is required to submit a written application and accompanying evidence at least three months prior to implementation of the proposed change. A site visit may occur; however, this is at the discretion of the assessor team in conjunction with PMAQ.
